A magnificent 70 m2 apartment on one floor, located in the exclusive Pleta de Nheu urbanization, at Cota 1700.

It consists of a living-dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, a fireplace and a fully equipped American kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub. 1 parking space and ski storage included.

The apartment includes everything you need so that you do not worry about anything other than enjoying your stay with us to the fullest, it also includes a parking space and a ski storage closet in the same building.

The apartment is located in a privileged location, at the foot of the slopes, with access by bus to the Esquirós chairlift and has beautiful views of the valley.


- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is 1.10€ per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Minors under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

- CHECK-IN. From 16.00h on the day of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery).

- CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope with your name on it will be left in the mailbox located in front of our office, previously we will have contacted you to inform you of the code of the mailbox to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
