This flat is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Baqueira, in the urbanization of Val de Ruda located at the 1500m elevation.

This fantastic flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchenette all in the same room. It has a master bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed for three people and the third bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed for three people. These two bedrooms are served by a second bathroom with shower.

The flat has a parking space in the private car park of the complex with a ski locker where you can leave your ski equipment before entering the flat.

Access to the slopes is through the basement car park where you will have the ski locker just below the cable car to take your equipment and go directly to the control entrance and ski pass sales to access the ski lift.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is €1.10 per person per night during the first 7 nights of stay. Those under 16 years of age are exempt from the fee.


– CHECK IN. From 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of your reservation, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira ( Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the kindergarten )


– CHECK-IN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox that is located in front of our office, we will have previously contacted you, to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
