House - CASA MARMOTA - Pleta Baqueira

Casa Marmota is a splendid home located in Baqueira in the Pleta Baqueira urbanization.

It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, for a total of 13 people, located in the Pleta de Baqueira-Beret.

On the main floor, accessing from the street, we find a living room with a seating area and fireplace, a dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and access to a large and pleasant terrace with views of the Valley.

Going up one floor we find the first bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a double bed for two people. These two bedrooms are assisted by a bathroom with a bathtub.

Going up to the upper level we find a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed for 3 people, next to a second bathroom with a bathtub.

On the third level we have the loft with 4 single beds for 4 people.

This house has a private parking space and service to the slopes by means of a mini-bus.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is €1.10 per person per night during the first 7 nights of stay. Those under 16 years of age are exempt from the fee.

– CHECK IN. From 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of your reservation, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Carretera Port de la Bonaigua, Campalias building, local 3B (next to the Baqueira Pharmacy)).

– CHECK-IN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside of our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox that is located in front of our office. We will have previously contacted you to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
