Apartament - ORLA - Arties

The duplex apartment is located in the beautiful village of Arties.

The apartment, with an area of 130m2 distributed in three levels, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with capacity for 8 people.

On the second floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace and access to a balcony with mountain views.

The open kitchen is open to the living area and is equipped with appliances, as well as complete kitchenware.

On the same floor we find a bedroom with two double beds for 2 people with en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds for 2 people and a third with two single beds, the latter bedrooms are served by a bathroom with bathtub.

On the upper level we have another double bedroom for two people and a second living room with sofas and TV open and diaphanous.

The apartment has 1 parking space in the same residencial.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is 1.10€ per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Minors under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

- CHECK-IN. From 16.00h on the day of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery).

- CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope with your name on it will be left in the mailbox located in front of our office, previously we will have contacted you to inform you of the code of the mailbox to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
