Spectacular house in Val de Ruda with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets and lift, distributed on 5 levels for 26 people.

The ground floor consists of a hall with ski room, jacuzzi, Turkish room, shower and toilet.

On the first floor there is a large multi-purpose room ideal for children, with kitchen-dining room, with a toilet. There are 7 double beds (bunk beds) and one single bed for a total of 15 people, with a complete bathroom with double shower,

On the first floor is the access to the house from the street, with a beautiful open plan fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular living-dining room with wonderful views and a toilet.

Going up one floor we find a bedroom with a double bed, a suspended single bed for 3 people and an en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bunk bed for 4 people and another bedroom with two single beds for 2 people, accompanied by a complete bathroom in the corridor with bathtub.

In the attic is the master bedroom with a double bed for 2 people with a dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower.

This house has parking for 4 cars and 2 ski lockers, from where you have direct access to the cable car via the lifts that will leave you at the ski pass control.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is €1.75 per person per night during the first 7 nights of stay. Those under 16 years of age are exempt from the fee.

– CHECK IN. From 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of your reservation, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira ( Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the kindergarten )

– CHECK-IN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox that is located in front of our office, we will have previously contacted you, to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
