Apartment - DOSSAU - Val de Ruda

This apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Baqueira, in the Val de Ruda Urbanization located at Cota 1500, where you can enjoy the convenience, comfort and warmth of one of the most welcoming apartments in Val of rue.

This fantastic apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of 90 m2, for a total of 8 people, consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all in the same environment.

The main bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people and a third bedroom for 2 people with two separate single beds. These two bedrooms are served by a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment has a parking space in the same private parking lot of the urbanization with a ski storage cupboard where you can leave your ski equipment before entering the apartment.

Access to the slopes is through the parking basement where you will find the ski locker just below the Gondola lift to collect your equipment and directly access the entrance for control and sale of ski passes to access the ski lift.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax, which is €1.10 per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

– CHECK-IN. From 4:00 p.m. on the day of the entry of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira. ( Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the kindergarten )

– CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox that is located in front of our office. We will have previously contacted you to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
