The duplex apartment is located in the exclusive Val de Ruda residential complex, located at the foot of the slopes at elevation 1,500 in Baqueira.

The apartment, with an area of ​​110m2 distributed on two levels, is located on the 4th floor, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with capacity for 8 people.

On the first floor we find a spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace, and access to a balcony with mountain views.

The modern American kitchen is open to the living area and is equipped with high-end appliances, as well as complete kitchenware.

On the same floor we find a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people and a third with a bunk bed for 2 people, these last bedrooms are served by a full bathroom with a bathtub in the hall.

On the upper level we have another double bedroom for two people with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub from whose large window we can admire the mountains.

The apartment has 2 parking spaces and 2 ski storage rooms, from where you can directly access the cable car through elevators that will leave you at the same ski pass control.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the tourist tax amount, which is €1.10 per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the fee.

– CHECK-IN. From 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of your reservation, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira ( Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the kindergarten )

– CHECK-IN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox located in front of our office. We will have previously contacted you to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
