A splendid apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for 6 people, located in the exclusive Val de Ruda urbanization, at the foot of the slopes at Cota 1500, awaits you to enjoy a carefree holiday.

It is a comfortable 75 m2 apartment on one floor, it consists of a living/dining room with fireplace, with a fully equipped American kitchen with the best qualities. Through the hallway we access the master bedroom, with a 150cm bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a bathtub, and the second bedroom with a triple bunk bed and a trundle bed for 4 people. This bedroom has a full bathroom with a shower tray in the hall.

The apartment has a parking space with a ski storage closet in Val de Ruda, from where you can directly access the cable car by elevator.

The modern and cozy decoration is of the best quality, you will feel at home enjoying an afternoon in the living room, a dinner with family or friends or relaxing.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is 1.10€ per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Minors under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

- CHECK-IN. From 16.00h on the day of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery).

- CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope with your name on it will be left in the mailbox located in front of our office, previously we will have contacted you to inform you of the code of the mailbox to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.

This house is rented for stays longer than 30 days.
