Apartment - ALVORADA - Val de Ruda

This apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Baqueira, in the Val de Ruda Urbanization located at Cota 1500.

This fantastic apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 8 people, consists of a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped American kitchen, all in the same environment. It has the main bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two hydraulic bunk beds for 4 people and the third with two single beds for 2 people. These two bedrooms are served by a second full bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has a parking space in the same private parking lot of the urbanization with a ski storage closet where you can leave your ski equipment before entering the apartment.

Access to the slopes is through the parking basement where you will have a ski storage room just below the Gondola to collect your equipment and directly access the control entrance and ski pass sale to access the lift.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the tourist tax amount, which is €1.10 per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the fee.

– CHECK-IN. Starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office at our boarding house in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, next to the nursery)

– CHECK-IN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox located in our office. We will have previously contacted you to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
