House - CASA ARANEU - Casarilh

Casa Araneu is a spectacular house perfect to enjoy with family or friends, recently renovated, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet for 10 people in the town of Casarilh.

Upon entering there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and a toilet, there is also a large window that overlooks the terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sports in the mountains. In the living room there is a large television and a fireplace, perfect for spending cold days with family or friends.

Going up one floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is the master bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and access to the balcony with spectacular views, then there is a second bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and also access to the balcony, third room with two single beds for 2 people and another bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed for 2 people.

In the attic there is an open room with a double bed and a play area for the children.

In addition, this wonderful house has beautiful views of the valley and a wonderful garden.

The house is located 10 km from Baqueira ( 11 minutes ) and 3 km from Vielha.

We are available to rent parking and ski storage in Baqueira in the Val de Ruda urbanization. Ask to reserve.

- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the tourist tax amount, which is €1.10 per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the fee.

– CHECK-IN. From 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of your reservation, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the daycare center).

– CHECK-IN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope will be left in your name in the mailbox located in front of our office. We will have previously contacted you to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
