This apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Baqueira, in the Val de Ruda Urbanization located on Cota 1500, where you can enjoy the convenience, comfort and warmth of one of the most welcoming apartments in Val of Ruda.

This fantastic apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of 90 m2, consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all in the same environment.

The master bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second and a third bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people each. These two bedrooms are served by a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment has a parking space in the same private parking lot of the urbanization with a ski storage closet where you can leave your ski equipment before entering the apartment.

Access to the slopes is through the parking basement where you will have the ski storage just below the cable car to take your equipment and directly access the control entrance and sale of ski pass to access the ski lift.


- TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax which is 1.10€ per person per night for the first 7 nights of stay. Minors under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

- CHECK-IN. From 16.00h on the day of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery).

- CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside our office hours, an envelope with your name on it will be left in the mailbox located in front of our office, previously we will have contacted you to inform you of the code of the mailbox to open it. Inside the envelope you will find the keys.
