1. Saut deth Pish

Located in an incredible setting, this area is one of our favourites. It is the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and routine. It has four tables and two barbecues so you can enjoy your favourite food.

It is also very close to Saut deth Pish, the most impressive waterfall in the Aran Valley. What better plan than enjoying a good meal with great company after visiting it? Stay tuned for our next suggestions.

2. Artiga de Lin

Artiga de Lin is one of the most well-known picnic areas in the entire region. Why? Because it is easy to reach, making it accessible for everyone. The best part is that around it you may find unexpected companions such as cows, deer, or woodpeckers. An amazing experience if you are visiting with children! There are three barbecues available so you can prepare whatever you like, as well as a water area where you can cool off if you wish.

3. Unha

In Unha you will find a designated area with playground swings for children, and it is also fully enclosed so you can enjoy your time without worries. It has a barbecue, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot both for the grill and the table.

4. Era Costassa

Located in a beautiful and peaceful place perfect for disconnecting, this area has two barbecues and two tables. You will feel completely away from everything, surrounded only by the sounds of the valley’s wildlife. It is easy to reach by car, has parking space, and you only need to walk about 8 minutes to reach the tables.

The best part is that this spot is only 20 minutes from Baqueira, so you won’t need to wake up very early to enjoy a great day outdoors.

5. Er Auet des Chuquetes

This is a spot in the Baricauba forest where you will find a wonderful area especially suitable for children. It has three barbecues and picnic tables to enjoy a unique family day in the valley. In addition, if you feel like going for a walk, there are several hiking routes starting from here.
