GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACTING RESERVATIONS

1. CONFIRMATION: This document represents the confirmation of the rental reservation of housing for tourist use for the period, amount and occupants specified above.

2. OCCUPANTS: The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment.

3. TOURIST TAX: The amount of the tourist tax will be €1.10 per person and night during the first 7 nights of stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

4. ENTRY: The time to enter the house is from 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry. Key collection must be done at our office, the address is Parking 1500 de Baqueira, Borda Alma de Nieve, this is the location:

4.1 ENTRY OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS: If your arrival is outside of our office hours, an envelope with your name will be left in the mailbox that is located in front of our office, previously we will have contacted you, to inform you in which mailbox we have left the envelope and code to open it. The mailbox is located in the same location as the office. Inside the envelope you will find the keys and the map with the directions to get to your accommodation.

4.2 BEFORE THE ENTRY: You must have paid the reservation in full, reservation amount + deposit + tourist tax and have entered the data of all the guests who will be staying in the reservation. You can do everything from the link that we send you by e-mail to your reservation.

5. PREPAYMENT: The system requests a payment or guarantee by card of 35% in order to confirm the reservation.

6. PAYMENT OF THE REST OF THE RESERVATION: 15 days before your arrival, the remaining 65% of the reservation will be paid + the deposit + the tourist tax (€1.10 per person (over 16 years) and per night). A reminder e-mail will be sent to you, so that you can make the payment by card. *Except, reservations on SPECIAL DATES.

6.1 PAYMENT OF THE REST OF THE RESERVATION ON SPECIAL DATES: When there are 35 days left for the arrival of your stay, you must pay the amount of the other 65% of the reservation. A reminder e-mail will be sent to you, so that you can make the payment by card.

6.2 PAYMENT DEPOSIT AND TOURIST TAX ON SPECIAL DATES: 7 days before your arrival, the deposit will be paid + the tourist tax (€1.10 per person (over 16 years of age) and per night). A reminder e-mail will be sent to you, so that you can make the payment by card.

7. MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one of similar or superior characteristics in case of force majeure that occurs after the reservation date. These changes will not entail any extra cost for the client.

8. GUARANTEE or DEPOSIT: The client will pay a guarantee deposit by card for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be returned to the same card with which it was paid, it is returned within 7 days after your departure. This deposit will be returned in its entirety except in the case of damage to the apartment, furniture, equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris. The cost of restoring the conditions that the apartment had at the entrance will be deducted from the amount of the deposit.

9. CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION: The indemnities that will be applied, on the amount already paid for the reservation, will be the following:

– Without expenses (0%) when the cancellation is made more than 15 days from the date of entry of the reservation, the entire amount paid for the reservation will be refunded. FREE Cancelation. *Except, reservations on SPECIAL DATES.

– 100% when the cancellation is made within a period equal to or less than 14 days from the date of entry of the reservation. *Except, reservations on SPECIAL DATES.

9.1 CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION ON SPECIAL DATES: The indemnities that will be applied, on the amount already paid for the reservation, will be the following:

– 0% when the cancellation is made more than 31 days from the date of entry of the reservation, the entire amount paid for the reservation will be refunded. FREE Cancelation.

– 100% when the cancellation is made within a period equal to or less than 30 days from the date of entry of the reservation.

9.2 AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION: In the case of not making the payments in the periods stipulated in point 5, 6, 6.1 or 6.2, said reservation may be canceled automatically, without being entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.

10. SPECIAL DATES: All reservations taht have more than 2 nights, within the following dates: from December 25, 2024 to january 6, 2025 and from February 14 to March 2, 2025.

11. DEPARTURE: The client agrees to vacate the apartment and return all the complete sets of keys before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event that the apartment is not vacated within the stipulated time, the client will pay double the contracted daily amount, as well as claims for damages that may be caused to third parties.

12. USER: The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered.

13. EQUIPMENT: The client assumes responsibility for the conservation of the apartment, the furniture and the equipment just as they found it at the entrance, and undertakes to leave it in the same state at the exit.

14. NEIGHBORS: All the occupants of the apartment undertake to respect the residents of the building and nearby houses, not making annoying noise or playing music at inappropriate volumes. Reserves the right to cancel this contract with immediate effect and without compensation in case of serious breach of these rules of respect for neighbors. Respect the rest hours of the neighbors from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

15. CLEANING: The apartment will be made available to the client properly cleaned. The client undertakes to leave the apartment in reasonable cleanliness conditions without garbage or food remains.

16. DATA: All the data entered by the user is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive to the reservation staff and will only be used for the purposes of the reservation itself and to notify the client of future promotions. and offers.

17. INTRODUCTION OF GUEST DATA: Before your arrival you must have entered the data of all the people who will be staying in the reservation. Both adults and children. If upon arrival for check-in the details of all the guests are not filled in, you will be penalized with €50.
